At the same time, we have established dedicated, flexible production units for ODM custom orders and small-batch trial orders. These units allow us to quickly adjust production processes and switch between styles based on customer needs, shortening prototyping and production cycles and helping customers swiftly capitalize on market opportunities.
In addition, our production lines are continuously optimized and upgraded to meet the specific needs of the yoga apparel market. We have developed proven processing techniques for various functional fabrics—including highly elastic athletic fabrics, moisture-wicking and quick-drying fabrics, and eco-friendly recycled fabrics—and can provide tailored production solutions based on product positioning and intended use. From incoming raw material inspections and random sampling of semi-finished products during the sewing process to 100% inspections of finished goods and final checks before shipment, each stage has clear quality standards and dedicated quality control personnel. We strictly monitor key metrics such as stitch density, fabric elasticity, size tolerances, color differences, and logo quality. Non-conforming products are reworked or rejected at the corresponding stage and do not proceed to the next process. This end-to-end, embedded quality control model ensures that every piece of yoga apparel delivered to customers meets high-quality standards.
